We operate in a consultative, close-knit, and results-oriented manner, and we are looking for professionals eager to grow alongside us. **Your main responsibilities:** * Active prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients through research, social media, industry events, and referrals. * Online meetings: Conduct 100% digital client engagements originating from active prospecting and event participation. * CRM management: Update and organize information in RD Station to ensure proper tracking of opportunities. * Event participation: Represent Rumo Brasil at industry events to expand your professional network and promote our solutions. * Client relationship management: Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and offering market-aligned solutions.
