They will act both strategically and technically, focusing on results, agile culture, customer experience, and continuous development of digital operations. They will lead the selection and integration of new platforms, define processes and KPIs, connect with data hubs (SAP, Salesforce, DCM), as well as govern the catalog and test new tools and workflows. **Plays depending on you** (day-to-day responsibilities): * Lead proprietary e\-commerce and marketplace operations, managing teams for content, sales, customer service, and performance; * Ensure execution of the digital strategy aligned with the business objectives of the group’s brands; * Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic, average order value, CAC, ROI, among others), proposing strategic actions focused on sustainable growth and improved profitability; * Coordinate execution of the commercial calendar across all digital channels; * Manage relationships with strategic partners (agencies, marketplaces, platforms, and technology vendors); * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Logistics, and Technology teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer journey; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, systems, and tools, pursuing innovation and operational efficiency; * Lead the area’s budget planning, control investments, and ensure optimal resource allocation; * Track market trends and consumer behavior, promoting tests and implementation of new solutions to strengthen the brands’ digital presence.
