Coordination of event logistics, personnel, and infrastructure Position: Sporting Event Administration – Street Running AENT – Our Sports Association Team is seeking a professional to organize street running events. Position Objective: Ensure the complete and well-organized execution of all stages of sporting events conducted by AENT. Provide administrative and financial support to ensure smooth operation of sporting events organized by AENT. Main Responsibilities: Registration tracking using Excel spreadsheets; Financial control of events; Purchasing and contracting of services and suppliers; Management of accounts receivable and payable; Administration and hiring of personnel involved in events. Organization of the registration process; Purchasing materials required for events; Inventory and logistics control of materials; Setup and teardown of event arenas; Technical organization of start, finish, and award ceremonies. Working Hours: On-site: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Location: Água Verde District – Curitiba/PR Availability: Weekend travel (events occur from Friday to Sunday). Location: Curitiba – PR (with travel to other cities on event days). Salary: To be negotiated.
