KIKO Milano, a global reference in beauty and innovation, is looking for a **Store Assistant Manager** to support unit management, lead the team, and ensure excellence across all processes and results. **Main Responsibilities:** **Customer Service and Sales:** * Deliver customer service focused on delight and excellence * Provide personalized makeup and beauty product consultations * Support the team in product demonstrations and look creation * Directly contribute to sales and achievement of store targets **Team Management:** * Support the store manager in leading the sales team * Monitor individual and collective performance * Motivate, train, and develop team members * Assist in shift scheduling and team organization **Operational Management:** * Support store opening and closing procedures * Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM) standards * Supervise product restocking and inventory control * Support inventory counts and audits **Results Management:** * Monitor performance indicators (targets, average transaction value, conversion rate) * Propose actions to improve results * Ensure achievement of store targets * Guarantee implementation of commercial strategy **Working Hours** *Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM* *Sunday by rotation: 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM* **LOCATION: SHOPPING MUELLER** **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: R$ 3.000,00 * + Commission on store sales * Transportation Benefit (VT) * Meal/food allowance: R$ 50.00 per day, paid via CAJU card * 50% discount on KIKO Milano products * Ongoing training and growth opportunities * Modern, dynamic, and inspiring work environment **Desired Profile** * Retail sales experience * Experience in leadership or similar roles (preferred) * Completed high school education.
