Description

**HR Data Analyst** Responsible for structuring, analyzing, and automating HR-related data and metrics, ensuring strategic visibility of information, supporting decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency through dashboards, management reports, automation, and data intelligence. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and maintain management dashboards and reports in Power BI; * Design strategic and operational HR metrics; * Automate processes and routines related to data collection, processing, and presentation; * Perform data cross-referencing and consolidation from multiple systems; * Monitor key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, SLAs, hires, separations, recruitment, training, engagement, and performance; * Ensure reliability, integrity, and timeliness of HR data; * Support metric analysis and insight generation; * Create executive presentations focused on data analysis and results; * Identify improvement opportunities through data and metric behavior analysis; * Support People Analytics and HR digital transformation initiatives; * Develop automated reports to reduce manual operational tasks; * Standardize data sources, metrics, and analytical methodologies; **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced Power BI; * Advanced Excel; * Dashboard and report development; * Data modeling and processing; * HR metrics and People Analytics; * Process automation; * Database knowledge and information integration; * Analytical capability and strategic vision. **Desirable Technical Skills:** * SQL; * Power Automate; * Python/R for data analysis; * Knowledge of HR systems; * Corporate BI experience; * Familiarity with agile methodologies. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical mindset; * Organization and attention to detail; * Clear and concise communication; * Strategic thinking; * Proactivity; * Problem-solving ability; * Aptitude for transforming data into actionable insights; * Strong prioritization skills; * Continuous improvement mindset; * Ability to work autonomously. **Benefits:** ️ Meal allowance of R$40/day, perfect for enjoying local restaurants; Food allowance of R$800, to keep your home well-stocked; Total Pass, for health and wellness care; Birthday Day Off + R$50 voucher via Assista Mais; ✨ After the probation period: Unimed health plan with no monthly fee (only co-payment); DentalUni dental plan; ️ Life insurance.
