### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Janitor role involves supervising the condominium's daily operational routine, ensuring proper functioning of common areas, execution of cleaning, maintenance, and security services, as well as supporting the building manager in day-to-day management. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all building facilities and client-owned furniture using chemical products, brooms, cloths, and other cleaning tools. The Janitor must also collect and properly dispose of waste generated by the client within their work environment.
