Involvement in strategic projects and leadership development. **Production Coordinator** We are looking for a Production Coordinator to act strategically and closely with operations, ensuring stability of production processes, operational discipline, and team alignment with company goals. This professional will be responsible for leading supervisors and productive teams, ensuring achievement of performance indicators, and promoting efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to planning and established targets * Lead supervisors and operational teams, promoting discipline, engagement, and high performance * Monitor and manage operational KPIs such as OTD, productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and losses * Address operational deviations, ensuring rapid decision-making and production process stability * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices * Develop and implement process improvements focused on Lean Manufacturing and increased productivity * Interface with departments including PCP, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and HR * Support leadership development and internal succession planning * Actively participate in strategic and continuous operational improvement projects **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; specialization in Industrial Management and/or Continuous Improvement is a plus Proven experience in production leadership roles Experience in industrial environments and management of large teams Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency ERP system expertise Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Production Planning and Control Power BI knowledge is desirable Advanced English **Join our team!**
