"This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and monitor driver and vehicle scheduling, ensuring alignment with demand and compliance with labor legislation and union agreements; * Control and analyze overtime hours, time banks, daily allowances, and working hours to optimize operations and reduce expenses; * Develop and monitor transportation operation performance indicators (KPIs), such as: cost per ton/km, delivery performance, fleet productivity, trip utilization, among others. * Implement and enhance TMS usage by mapping operational needs, validating requirements, and promoting improvements in data flows and automation. * Coordinate across departments—including Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and IT—to ensure consistency and fluidity in logistics information and processes. * Conduct critical analyses of logistics performance, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement projects based on reliable data. * Lead or participate in logistics transformation projects focused on digitalization, operational efficiency, and process standardization. * Develop managerial reports and control dashboards (dashboards and Power BI) to support decision-making and senior leadership, as well as monthly reports and dashboards featuring departmental KPIs. * Serve as a technical reference for analysts and assistants within the area, sharing knowledge and best practices. * Develop new partners (carriers) for B2B service coverage in the states of PR, SC, and RS; * Develop new Logistics Operators under Cross-Docking modality for the states of PR, SC, and RS; * Attend weekly forums with logistics partners (Logistics Operators and Carriers); * Analyze and approve CTEs (Transportation Service Receipts) in accordance with company policy; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Project Management, or related areas is desirable; * Solid experience in carriers, logistics operators, or large distribution centers; * Proficiency in TMS and ERP systems (experience in implementation or enhancement preferred); * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to transportation (e.g., driver scheduling, working hour control) is desirable. **Additional Information** Amhemed Health Insurance (Ward plan); Amil Dental Insurance (basic, intermediate, and executive plans); Overnight allowance (per day spent overnight during travel); On-site cafeteria; Food basket; Scholarship program (subject to company policy and eligibility); Profit-sharing program (PPR); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy benefits; Life insurance; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental health benefit).
