Stock Checker

Description

We are seeking a **Stock Checker** for a Food Industry company in **Colombo/PR**; You will be responsible for the physical and documentary verification of all incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure product integrity, quantity accuracy, and correct goods identification, guaranteeing that system records match physical inventory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Incoming Verification:** Inspect received goods by cross-checking the invoice against the purchase order and the physical items (quantity, expiration date, batch number, and packaging condition). * **Outgoing Verification:** Confirm that items picked for shipment match the customer order prior to loading. * **Identification and Labeling:** Generate and apply identification labels, barcodes, or pallet identification labels. * **Quality Control:** Identify damages, defective or non-conforming products, and immediately report them to higher management. * **Data Entry:** Record incoming and outgoing transactions in inventory management systems or control spreadsheets. * **Space Organization:** Assist in storage routing and warehouse layout organization to facilitate material handling. * **Inventory:** Actively participate in cyclic and annual inventories for stock auditing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in computer applications (Excel and management systems). **Experience:** Prior experience as a stock checker with logistics, receiving, and dispatch routines. **Additional Information** Salary R$ Meal Allowance R$ 430.00 On-site meals Transportation Allowance Amil Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Group Life Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Discounts at partner universities Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM We are an HR consulting firm serving companies across Brazil.
