Budget, forecast, and budget revision preparation and monitoring We are assisting an **electrical materials distribution company** in hiring an **Accounting and Controller Coordinator**, responsible for managing accounting, tax, and managerial routines, ensuring legal compliance, information quality, and strategic management support. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the company's **Responsible Technical Accountant**, with authority to **sign financial statements, ledgers, and statutory obligations**, in accordance with CRC requirements and current legislation; * Organize, guide, and supervise accounting department activities; * Monitor tax calculation and tax regime classification; * Analyze trial balances, accounting closings, and result calculations; * Coordinate financial statement preparation and digital bookkeeping processes (SPED); * Prepare, review, and monitor ancillary obligations and tax declarations; * Structure and revise chart of accounts and accounting procedures; * Configure accounting and supporting systems; * Manage assets, depreciation, amortization, and depletion; * Interface with internal and external audits, regulatory authorities, and third parties. * Lead **accounting department structuring and management**, ensuring reliability of economic\-financial information; * Analyze costs, margins, and profitability by product, cost center, and business unit; * Prepare and monitor **budget (budget), forecast, and budget revisions**; ### **Requirements and Technical Knowledge** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in the field; * Experience in coordination roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BI tools, and accounting systems; * Experience implementing accounting and/or controller systems; * Solid knowledge of Real Profit and Presumed Profit taxation regimes.
