Job Summary: A professional responsible for changing, assembling, and adjusting molds on injection molding machines, ensuring proper equipment operation and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support for preventive maintenance We are seeking a **Mold Changer** to work in the production area, performing mold changes, assembly, and adjustments on injection molding machines, ensuring optimal equipment performance and final product quality. The professional will be responsible for preparing machines for production, performing necessary adjustments, and supporting preventive maintenance as requested. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mold changes according to production scheduling; * Carry out adjustments and calibrations on injection molding machines; * Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition; * Assist with production setup and startup; * Comply with company safety and quality standards; * Report abnormalities to the maintenance department or immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a Mold Changer or in plastic injection; * Knowledge of machine adjustments and reading measurement instruments; * Availability to work on Saturdays (if required) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Additional benefits per company policy.
