Job Summary: This professional programs, adjusts, and operates CNC machines to ensure bending tolerances and quality, while also performing maintenance and inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Operate CNC machines with a focus on quality and bending tolerances. 2. Perform autonomous and preventive machine maintenance. 3. Work with production organization and control. Main Activities/Responsibilities: Program, adjust, and operate the CNC bending machine, ensuring tolerances and quality in bending execution. Inspect, sort, and move materials according to production orders. Perform bending machine setup, respecting load limits and manufacturer guidelines. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly, as per work instructions. Identify parts using standard labels. Perform autonomous machine maintenance, monitoring its operation and notifying leadership in case of anomalies. Carry out preventive machine maintenance according to available instructions. Accurately complete production orders, part labels, and maintenance plans. Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
