Job Summary: Responsible for operating and maintaining the crematory furnace, recording activities, and interacting with bereaved families with emotional sensitivity and discretion. Base Salary: R$ 2025.02 \+ 40% hazard pay Meal Allowance: R$ 24.50 per day (average R$ 490.00 per month) Monday to Friday, business hours; Saturday shifts on rotation (work every 15 days) Transportation Allowance Dental Plan after probation period The Pet Crematory Furnace Operator position requires execution of the cremation process in compliance with safety, operational, and maintenance standards for the furnace; activity documentation; and, most importantly, emotional sensitivity and discretion when interacting with bereaved families. The ideal candidate must have completed high school, may be required to hold a vocational training certificate, and should possess prior operational experience—even if in other types of furnaces. Job Description and Responsibilities * Furnace Operation: Perform the entire cremation process—from casket insertion to final handling of bones and ash delivery—strictly adhering to established technical and safety procedures. * Maintenance and Care: Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment and tool preservation, ensuring the furnace is properly preheated and fully operational. * Control and Documentation: Operate the furnace in accordance with regulations, record all operations in internal systems or spreadsheets, and maintain up-to-date documentation. * Safety and Compliance: Strictly follow safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines governing furnace operation. * Electrical knowledge; Requirements * Education: High school diploma. * Courses: Vocational training may be required. * Experience: Prior experience operating industrial or crematory furnaces is desirable.
