Job Summary:
Machine Operator for Finishing, Cutting, and Welding equipment in the plastic bag industry, responsible for operating, preparing, monitoring, and inspecting production processes.
Key Highlights:

**Prior experience as a Flexible Film Finishing Operator or Cutting and Welding Operator in the plastic bag industry is required.**
**Location:** CIC, Curitiba
**Schedule:** Third shift — Monday through Saturday: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
**Salary:** Initial — R$3182,37 / After experience — R$3349,92
● Operate cutting, welding, and packaging machines, performing basic parameter adjustments according to production orders and technical specifications.
● Prepare, organize, and load the machine with required consumables, materials, and rolls to initiate and sustain operations.
● Be responsible for correct positioning, replacement, and movement of rolls on the machine, ensuring process stability, safety, and continuity.
● Supervise, guide, and support finishing assistants during task execution, ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards.
● Continuously monitor the production process, verifying conformity of dimensions, cuts, welds, and final product finish.
● Conduct periodic visual and functional inspections, identifying finishing defects and implementing immediate corrective actions within one's authority.
● Strictly adhere to production orders, ensuring output volumes, deadlines, product quality, and traceability.
● Execute machine and process operational checklists, recording information and reporting deviations to the immediate supervisor.
● Support basic and preventive maintenance activities, contributing to equipment preservation and prevention of unplanned downtime.
● Report technical failures, process deviations, or operational risks to the supervisor, collaborating toward rapid problem resolution.
● Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety by applying 5S Program practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
● Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all occupational safety regulations.
