Job Summary: Machine operator for a production cell, responsible for ensuring production standards, safety, and equipment maintenance, as well as completing documentation and organizing the workplace. Responsibilities: * Operate machines according to production cell standards, meeting production targets * Ensure compliance with requirements specified in internal documents * Maintain personal safety and that of colleagues * Keep machining equipment clean, free of chips, and with tanks filled with soluble oil * Follow the tank cleaning schedule Activities: * Accurately complete process documentation (inspection records, process sheets, work instructions and packaging instructions, production and first-level maintenance logs) ??. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace based on the 5S methodology ??. * Perform visual inspections of internal/intermediate processes ??. * Operate simple equipment such as tumblers, cutting machines, furnaces, punch saws, etc., per the job matrix ??. * Collect chips from all machining equipment * Perform scheduled tank cleaning and refilling with soluble oil * Verify and ensure appropriate cutting fluid concentration for each process * Organize chip and fluid disposal and replenishment areas * Care for company-provided equipment and materials Requirements: Education: Completion of high school **Industrial Basic Mechanics Course \- COMPLETED** Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of forging or machining processes Knowledge of manufacturing processes Basic understanding of quality indicators (PPM) Practical experience with quality tools, such as the 5S methodology Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Multi-Benefit Meal Voucher * Christmas Basket * On-Site Meals * Day Off * Parking * Dental Plan * GymPass * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing
