Job Summary:
Machine operator responsible for following production standards, ensuring internal requirements, keeping equipment clean, and organizing the workplace.

Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery according to productive cell standards, meeting production targets
* Ensure compliance with requirements described in internal documents
* Safeguard one's own safety and that of colleagues
* Keep machining equipment clean, free of chips, and with tanks filled with soluble oil
* Follow the tank cleaning schedule
Activities:
* Accurately complete process documentation (inspection records, process sheets, work instructions and packaging, production reporting, and first-level maintenance) ??.
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace based on the 5S methodology ??.
* Perform visual inspections on internal/intermediate processes ??.
* Operate simple equipment such as tumblers, cutting machines, furnaces, punch saws, etc., as specified in the job matrix ??.
* Collect chips from all machining equipment
* Perform tank cleaning and refilling with soluble oil per the scheduled plan
* Check and ensure appropriate cutting fluid concentration for each process
* Organize chip and fluid disposal and replenishment areas
* Take care of company-provided equipment and materials
Job Requirements:
Education: Completed high school
**Completed Industrial Basic Mechanics Course**
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of forging or machining processes
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Basic understanding of quality indicators (PPM)
Practical experience with quality tools, such as 5S
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
