Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Quality Monitor to monitor and evaluate the quality of customer service/processes, with a focus on communication and continuous improvement. Generate reports with metrics and areas for continuous improvement. QUALITY MONITOR We are looking for a Quality Monitor to join our team.
