




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for budgetary analysis, supplier negotiation, cost control and logistics organization, as well as managing administrative and documentation routines. Involved in administrative and documentation routines **Responsibilities:** * Conduct budget analyses for procurement; * Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers; * Control costs; * Record invoices; * Organize employee logistics related to construction sites; * Manage documents; * Monitor company vehicle fines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (currently pursuing or completed) is desirable; * Experience with administrative routines; * Knowledge of budgeting and procurement is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong communication skills; * Sense of urgency.
