Job Summary: Provide technical support to the engineering department in the development, organization, and updating of projects, ensuring standardization, quality, and timeliness in deliverables. Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering systems Responsibilities Provide technical support to the engineering department in the development, organization, and updating of projects, ensuring standardization, quality, and timeliness in deliverables. 1\. Assist the engineering department with daily tasks; 2\. Review projects entered into the engineering spreadsheet from the previous day; 3\. Clean up drawings, adjust layers, and remove unnecessary items; 4\. Conduct area and support point (PD) surveys across all floors for budgeting purposes; 5\. Develop shoring, bracing, crown, supported scaffolding, and suspended scaffolding projects regardless of complexity; 6\. Plot and profile drawings when printed internally; 7\. Log activities in the CRM system during site visits. Requirements and Qualifications 1\. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; 2\. Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering systems; 3\. Knowledge of shoring, scaffolding, and temporary structures; 4\. Preparation of ARTs (Technical Responsibility Statements) and technical reports; Technical education in Building Construction or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
