Availability for morning/afternoon and night shifts Responsibilities: Cleaning of suites, bathrooms, utensils, corridors, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Sending menu orders to suites; Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; Availability to alternate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; We Offer: Fixed salary: R$ 1\.730,00 Meal allowance: R$ 17,30/day Transportation allowance: R$ 12,00/day or cash fuel assistance. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Length-of-service loyalty: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% from the 4th year onward. Performance-based incentive program: Bonuses every 6 months. Working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; shift schedule to be agreed upon with the manager.
