Acting as the primary escalation point for critical incidents **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Lead, manage, and develop coordination teams for N1, N2, and N3 support within the SAP (Agribusiness) environment and satellite systems, as well as provide support for the Linx DMS ERP system for Dealerships and corporate back-office systems (Senior, Merx, Zeev, APIPass). \- Define and implement the IT system operations strategy, including incident, problem, change, configuration, release, and service-level (SLA/SLO) management for all systems under your responsibility. \- Manage the system portfolio, ensuring stability, performance, and appropriate support for the Linx DMS ERP system for Dealerships and corporate back-office systems (Senior—for HR/Payroll, if applicable—Merx, Zeev, and integration platforms [APIPass]), as well as systems in the Agribusiness segment. \- Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational areas, promoting continuous service improvement and cost optimization. \- Strategically manage IT service provider contracts, including AMS (Application Management Services) for SAP (Agribusiness) and satellite systems, and specific providers for the Linx DMS system (Dealerships) and corporate back-office systems, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and alignment with business needs. \- Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and crises, managing resolution and communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels. \- Supervise and approve support solution and technical enhancement architectures, ensuring system maintainability, scalability, and security. \- Manage the IT Systems Operations budget, controlling expenses, optimizing investments, and reporting financial performance. \- Promote a culture of knowledge management, documentation, and collaboration among operations teams and with other IT and business areas. \- Ensure compliance with information security policies, IT governance, and applicable regulations (e.g., LGPD) across all operations. \- Collaborate with business areas to understand their needs and ensure IT services are aligned and delivering value. \- Lead process optimization initiatives and adoption of new technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of IT systems operations. \- Prepare and present executive reports on IT systems operations performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Availability for 100% on-site work. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields. * Experience in IT Systems Operations management, leading multidisciplinary support teams (N1, N2, N3\) and coordinators in complex environments. * Proven experience managing a diversified ERP system portfolio, preferably SAP (S/4HANA or ECC), in complex environments. * Experience with integration platforms (e.g., CPI, APIPass, Mulesoft, etc.). * Solid experience managing IT supplier contracts (AMS, consulting, software), including negotiation and performance management. * Experience in budget management and strategic IT planning. * Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning. * Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL frameworks. * Comprehensive understanding of ERP system architectures (preferably SAP for Agribusiness and Linx DMS for Dealerships). * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile). * Knowledge of ITSM tools (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, etc.). * Proficiency in SLA/KPI management and preparation of managerial and executive reports. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Knowledge of COBIT or other IT governance frameworks. * Knowledge of IT process automation (RPA, scripting). * Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP). * ITIL Expert / Managing Professional / Strategic Leader. \- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2\).\- * SAP certifications (managerial or technical). * Postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management, Business Management, or related fields. * Experience in the agribusiness sector and/or vehicle/machinery dealership sector. * Advanced/Fluent English (for interaction with global suppliers and technical documentation). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- Contractor (PJ) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- **Work Location:** ---------------------- Anne Frank, 969 \- Hauer \- Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00–12:00, 13:12–18:00
