Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to work on support, enhancements, and integrations for the Protheus ERP, developing and maintaining customizations and supporting business areas. Support to business areas in efficient system usage **Area of Operation:** ADVPL back office Protheus**City:** Curitiba – On-site**State (UF):** PR**Country:** Brazil**On-site position in Curitiba/PR** We seek a Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT team, focusing on support, enhancements, and integrations for the Protheus ERP. The professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining customizations and supporting business areas in efficient system usage. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for supporting business area requests related to the Protheus systems currently supporting company processes; * Address internal customer demands; * Ensure full functionality of processes, provide support to internal users, propose integrated solutions, and monitor development and present deliverables to business areas; * Understand, document, and collaborate in discussions regarding ERP processes and requirements to contribute to execution and prioritization of business area requests; * Collaborate in preparing development request documents and project process documentation proposed by business areas, comparing solutions and scenarios, establishing measurable criteria for decision-making; * Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process mapping; * Understand stakeholder needs, align expectations with the immediate manager to fulfill assigned tasks; * Communicate, document, and report business area demands regarding new Protheus system developments. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Experience in requirements elicitation and process documentation. * Experience or participation in Protheus system projects. * Experience with Protheus and administrative/financial/accounting/fiscal/HR back-office business rules. * Experience in ADVPL development; * Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services; * Experience with Oracle database; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
