We are looking for a talented and motivated Resin Production Assistant to join our dynamic and innovative team, working during the **night shift**. Responsibilities include performing production-related tasks such as inspection, material loading and unloading, packaging (bags), sorting, palletizing, batch and expiry date control, quality control, etc. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** \- Direct involvement in the production line; \- Breaking rosin and/or wax on trays; \- Loading the malaxer; \- Assisting with boilers when necessary and after prior training; \- Preparing and loading reactors; \- Unloading products; \- Maintaining workplace and machinery organization and cleanliness; \- Assisting with filter press cleaning; \- Weighing wax, rosin, and ester; \- Controlling batch and expiry date; \- Assisting with product inbound and outbound operations; \- Palletizing wax, ester, etc.; \- Sending manufactured product samples to the laboratory; \- Assisting with quality control of produced materials; \- Providing support to other production areas when required; **Prerequisites:** \- Completed high school education. \- Prior experience as a production assistant and/or work experience in the resin industry or civil construction. **Expected Skills:** \- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible regarding working hours. **Compensation and Benefits** **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance * PPR: Annual Profit-Sharing Program * Free parking * Partnerships and commercial discounts Job Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting from R$2\.058,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
