If you are organized, analytical, and enjoy working with processes, this opportunity is for you! **Position:** Quality Assistant **Work Location:** Rua Ernâni Santiago de Oliveira, 321 \- Centro Cívico **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 **Job Mission** Support Quality Department activities, contributing to process standardization, document control, and indicator monitoring, ensuring continuous improvement and clinical safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Support control and organization of documents within the Quality Management System (QMS); * Assist in data and indicator collection, analysis, and consolidation for the department; * Support preparation and execution of internal and external audits; * Monitor action plans, ensuring timely updates and deadline compliance; * Assist in process standardization and development of institutional documents; * Provide support to teams in applying quality tools; * Contribute to continuous improvement and patient safety initiatives; * Support other departmental activities as needed. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability; * Ability to work effectively in teams and demonstrate proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Nursing, Quality Management, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS); * Prior experience in quality or healthcare environments.
