Junior Technical Analyst (Engineering/Architecture) \- RP 19221 \- Sistema Fiep (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL) What are the challenges and main responsibilities? Guide and support companies in the efficient implementation of the BIM methodology; Apply BIM maturity assessment methods to identify improvement opportunities; Develop and deliver training to upskill teams in BIM concepts and practices; Create and implement BIM standards and processes aligned with industry best practices; Provide hands-on support during implementation to ensure change effectiveness; Offer comprehensive support in pursuing holistic solutions, considering process, people, and technology aspects; Create BIM models for diverse purposes, including clash detection, coordination, and cost estimation; Respond to demands aligned with technological evolution and innovation in the construction industry. **Requirements:** What are the main requirements?
