If you are familiar with HR Department and Recruitment \& Selection routines, join us! **Working Hours:** *Monday to Friday – Business hours* **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **monitoring, verification, and closing of electronic timekeeping records** * Handle **onboarding processes**, verifying documents and deadlines * Conduct **recruitment and selection processes** (resume screening, candidate contact, and scheduling) * Facilitate **onboarding of new employees** * Manage and organize physical and digital employee documents * Assist in tracking medical certificates, benefits, and registration information * Enter and update information in HR systems * Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries * Support internal initiatives, announcements, and departmental routines **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Knowledge of **HR Department routines**, especially electronic timekeeping * Experience in **Recruitment and Selection** is a plus * Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite * Proactive, responsible, and discreet personality * Completed high school education (pursuing a college degree in HR, Administration, or related fields is a plus) If you seek professional development and wish to directly engage in practical HR operations, **this position is for you!** **Join the CCV Chevrolet team.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Transportation allowance
