If you enjoy interacting with people and solving problems, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via email, chat, social media, and online reputation platforms (e.g., Reclame Aqui) * Deliver support by clarifying inquiries, recording requests, and handling complaints * Seek effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Record interactions in the system, keeping information up to date * Forward requests to responsible departments and monitor resolution progress * Adhere to company quality standards, deadlines, and procedures * Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to customer service processes **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to interact effectively with the public and resolve issues * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy * Basic computer literacy **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or customer support * Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Pipedrive) Remuneration: R$ 1.990,61 Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Benefits: Transportation allowance + Meal allowance + Health and dental insurance Job Type: Full-time, CLT employment contract Compensation: R$1.990,61 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
