Providing direct assistance and support to employees A clothing store in Curitiba is seeking an HR Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Managing onboarding, payroll, time tracking, benefits, and termination procedures. Monitoring and managing employee vacations and benefits. Controlling and organizing admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations. Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets and physical files. Supporting Recruitment \& Selection processes and HR projects. Assisting and supporting employees in person and via WhatsApp. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment & Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
