Responsible for receiving, storing, displaying, and restocking products such as cheeses, cured meats, butter, and similar items, ensuring their quality, freshness, shelf life, and proper presentation. Performs cleaning and sanitation of the department, monitors equipment temperature and product preservation according to food safety standards. Provides friendly customer service at the counter, assisting customers in product selection and answering questions. Requires completion of elementary education, attention to detail, proactivity, and availability to work rotating shifts.
