Team development and operations and HR management * Desired Profile We seek a PROFESSIONAL with strong experience in store management, committed to upholding company values, and highly focused on results and people development. * Main Responsibilities Manage the store and coordinate team performance / Define sales strategies and develop a consistent sales plan / Evaluate and monitor daily sales metrics, and take action to ensure achievement of established targets / Uphold brand standards / Strongly implement "differentiated service" and ensure customer loyalty / Extensive experience in visual merchandising and inventory management. * Expected Skills The profile we seek is that of a hands\-on PROFESSIONAL, open to learning, trustworthy, honest, and aligned with the Mr. Cat brand. It is important to have a focus not only on commercial activities but also on operations and HR management (especially team development). Proven employment stability is required, as we seek someone who wishes to build a long-term career with us. Proven experience in the fashion industry—particularly footwear—is mandatory. * Prerequisites Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate studies are desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and digital tools, including Artificial Intelligence and data analysis. Knowledge of marketing and VM (Visual Merchandising). Strong communication skills, customer focus, and team leadership (ability to lead across generations, as we support diversity within our teams). Fluency in another language—such as English or Spanish—is considered an advantage (will be tested). Availability to work on Sundays and holidays, primarily to cover team absences (6x1 rotating schedule).
