We are seeking an experienced **Construction Site Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that construction work proceeds in compliance with design plans, established deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate work teams (including subcontractors); * Monitor daily construction progress; * Interpret and execute tasks according to blueprints and technical plans; * Control the use and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools; * Ensure adherence to construction schedules; * Monitor the quality of executed services; * Maintain site organization and safety; * Report construction progress to engineers and technical supervisors; * Identify and resolve technical issues during construction. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workplace. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**: · Technical course in building construction or related field; · Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects; · Knowledge of construction planning and control. **EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**: · Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor; · Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; · Experience managing construction teams; · Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and processes; · Basic knowledge of occupational safety; · Strong communication and leadership skills. **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS**: · Leadership and organizational skills; · Responsibility and commitment; · Problem-solving ability; · Proactivity and results orientation.
