Job Summary:
Administer and maintain systems ranging from low to high complexity, ensuring the company operates fully with confidentiality and user support for Protheus.
Key Highlights:
1. Support the mapping and documentation of business rules in Protheus modules.
2. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to Protheus users.
3. Participate in minor improvements and internal projects related to Protheus.
**Description**
Administer, maintain, and implement systems ranging from low to high complexity, understanding the needs of each department within the group and translating those needs accurately while maintaining confidentiality to preserve system integrity and availability, thereby ensuring full company operation.
**Responsibilities**
Support the mapping and documentation of business rules in Protheus modules.
Perform basic system configurations (parameters, auxiliary tables, registrations, etc.).
Assist in identifying operational or configuration issues, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to users.
Execute functional tests following scenarios defined by senior/lead analysts.
Log service tickets, track requests, and facilitate communication between business areas and the technical team.
Participate in minor improvements and support internal projects related to Protheus.
**Requirements**
Completed undergraduate degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience with Protheus (support, implementation, consulting, or operations).
Basic knowledge of Protheus modules (e.g., billing, inventory, procurement, finance, or DMS).
Basic understanding of system configuration or parameterization.
Familiarity with Protheus 12\.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Basic knowledge of standard tables (SX3, SX5, SX6, etc.).
Familiarity with SPED or Protheus tax/accounting routines.
Experience with simple documentation (process flows, requirement descriptions).
Basic understanding of logic.
Participation in projects or version migrations.
