Consultative engagement to understand client needs and offer solutions. We are seeking a **Commercial Assistant** with a proactive and communicative profile. This person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting customer retention and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and relationship management for the company's existing client portfolio. * Identify new business opportunities within the current customer base. * Conduct post\-sales follow\-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Adopt a consultative approach to understand customer needs and deliver optimal solutions. * Collaborate with the team to achieve commercial targets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment or completion is a plus); * Prior experience in sales or customer service. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proactivity and focus on customer relationship management. * Problem\-solving ability and capacity to handle diverse demands. * Basic knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, sales funnel, SDR); * Experience in B2B sales environments. * Basic familiarity with FIDC financial operations is a plus; * Results\-oriented mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
