Making a difference can also be your purpose. ? **Responsibilities:** * Support the Collections Coordinator in the department’s administrative and operational routines; * Keep collections systems and platforms updated with information on delinquent contracts; * Update and manage collections tracking spreadsheets, agreements, payments, and contract statuses; * Issue invoices and assist in operationalizing agreements formalized by the collections team; * Prepare and organize documents related to agreements, contract terminations, and contractual regularizations; * Request contract terminations and debt clearance certificates for vacated properties, per the Coordinator’s instructions; * Forward contracts for protest, ensuring accurate completion and submission of required information; * Conduct administrative contact with real estate agencies and regional offices for operational alignment and information exchange; * Register active contracts in financial platforms and verify registration data; * Handle customer service channels: Go To, tickets, and other customer communication channels; * Study, read, listen to podcasts, attend lectures, events, meetings, and other learning and development opportunities. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school (college education preferred or in progress); * Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized profile, and attention to detail; * Proficiency in using systems, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel/spreadsheets); * Prior experience in administrative routines, collections, or operational areas is considered a plus; * Proactive, organized profile, capable of following processes and reporting on executed activities.
