Internal department support for technical problem analysis **Job Description:** ---------------------- Ferragens Negrao, one of Brazil's largest wholesale distributors, is seeking a Technical Assistant to work directly in technical support, performing initial after-sales service, fault diagnosis, and equipment maintenance. With over 57 years of tradition, the company offers more than 35,000 items in its portfolio and operates 18 distribution centers, serving the civil construction, industrial, and agribusiness sectors with excellence, agility, and commitment to results.
