Excellent customer service Ferragens Negrão, one of Brazil's largest wholesale distributors, is seeking a Collections Operator for accounts receivable to ensure issue resolution, process organization, and excellent customer service. With over 57 years of tradition, the company offers a portfolio of more than 35,000 items and operates 18 distribution centers, serving the civil construction, industrial, and agribusiness sectors with excellence, agility, and commitment to results. The professional will be responsible for the effective recovery of overdue amounts, focusing on payment, negotiation quality, and operational discipline, always in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: * Conduct negotiations via official WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail, following the defined collection schedule; * Prioritize portfolios with delinquency ranging from 31 to 120 days (or as directed by supervision); * Prevent recurrence of renegotiations and agreement breaches; * Conduct negotiations with a focus on actual payment; * Accurately record all interactions in the system; * Ensure follow\-up on agreements until payment is effectively completed; * Use collection systems, customer portal, and official messaging platforms; * Direct customers to digital self\-service (portal and payment links); * Support digital strategy, avoiding rework and redundant outreach; * Comply with company rules, processes, and policies; * Maintain workplace environment, equipment, and confidentiality of information; * Perform related tasks as required by the department; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
