Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to work in a large-scale operation, promoting the health and physical integrity of employees. Key Highlights: 1. Identify, assess, and propose measures to control environmental risks. 2. Monitor compliance with Regulatory Standards and internal procedures. 3. Conduct mandatory training sessions and prevention campaigns. We are hiring an Occupational Safety Technician for a large-scale operation, with the mission of promoting employee health and physical integrity through identification, assessment, and control of occupational hazards, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal safety standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, assess, and propose measures to neutralize or eliminate environmental risks; * Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and recommending preventive and corrective actions; * Monitor and inspect compliance with Regulatory Standards and internal procedures; * Manage and advise on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Conduct routine inspections of workplaces; * Prepare technical reports, safety indicators, and statistics; * Conduct mandatory training sessions and prevention campaigns; * Support the implementation and maintenance of programs such as PGR, PCMSO, and other legal requirements; * Participate in internal and external audits. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Active professional registration (where applicable); * Proven experience in the field; * Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH); * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong communication skills. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Ethical conduct; * Ability to guide and influence others. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Current certifications and courses on Regulatory Standards (NR-01, NR-05, NR-06, NR-10, NR-12, NR-18, NR-33, NR-35); * Experience with safety management systems; Shift availability: ADM (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3.300,00 * On-site meal * Meal allowance: R$ 1.150,00 * Shuttle service * Location: São José dos Pinhais – Renault Factory * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR): R$ 3100,00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: Occupational Safety, Technical Course
