Job Summary: A professional responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring machines to ensure operational efficiency, waste reduction, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Machine setup and adjustment to optimize production 2. Continuous performance monitoring and fine-tuning of parameters 3. Supporting production lines and training operators * All machine setup and adjustment must be performed exclusively by the machine adjuster; * The adjuster may train other operators as needed; * After adjustment, the adjuster must support production lines by operating any machine as required by the department; * Contribute to overall waste reduction; * Operate and adjust voltage, speed, or pressure regulators according to process requirements; * Monitor machine and regulation system performance, identifying potential failures or deviations; * Perform fine adjustments to regulator parameters to ensure operational stability and efficiency; * Complete operation reports and incident records in accordance with internal procedures; * Immediately notify the maintenance department of any detected failures or anomalies; * Assist with calibration and periodic testing of regulation systems; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations; * Participate in technical and operational safety training sessions; * Change recipes on CNC machine HMIs; * Replace robot grippers; * Perform fixture and device replacement and adjustment on machines; * Ensure raw material supply to assigned machines.
