




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions, defining maintenance strategies, and optimizing industrial utility systems with a focus on efficiency and safety. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or Automation) registered with CREA\-PR; * Relevant practical knowledge in industrial utilities, preferably within large-scale industries, with experience in the automotive sector or high-complexity manufacturing; * In-depth knowledge of compressed air generation and distribution systems (generation, treatment, control, and distribution); * Proficiency in HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and process air\-conditioning); * Experience in maintenance and management of outsourced services or material handling equipment fleets; * Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations for fluid storage and transportation systems; * Familiarity with technical regulatory standards (NR10, NR12, NR13, NR18, NR20, NR33, NR35\); * Advanced English proficiency for conversation and writing; * Knowledge of maintenance financial management (Opex and Capex); * Experience in drafting and managing outsourced service contracts; * Proven experience leading maintenance projects with business impact. Responsibilities: * Promote the use of advanced techniques and testing to identify root causes * of failures in equipment, systems, and processes; * Develop and implement innovative solutions to facilitate and improve maintenance of machines, equipment, facilities, and industrial utility processes; * Define the most appropriate maintenance strategies and enhance and validate preventive and predictive maintenance plans for the Industrial Utilities asset portfolio; * Ensure development of the long-term maintenance plan (prioritizing investments in industrial utility assets); * Develop and optimize the management, operation, and maintenance of industrial utility systems, ensuring maximum efficiency, uninterrupted supply, and fulfillment of business requirements; * Provide high-level technical support to the utilities maintenance team and other departments to support technical decision-making, focusing on quality, process stability, and personnel and process safety; * Prepare and validate technical reports and assessments, defining actions and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in components, machines, and processes; * Draft precise technical specifications for procurement of new equipment or systems, renovations, and service contracting; * Evaluate and approve acceptance of machinery and services, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and applicable standards; * Transform internal customer demands into optimal solutions through establishment of service provision contracts; * Manage the end\-to\-end service contract lifecycle to ensure proper sizing, alignment, and maximum efficiency relative to business needs; * Develop structured industrial transformation and innovation projects through continuous improvement; * Understand and ensure strict compliance with all technical\-legal safety requirements and Volvo Group global safety directives via process systematization; * Lead projects focused on asset energy efficiency, contributing to plant sustainability and cost reduction; * Develop data-driven processes supporting decision-making through digitalization and IoT; * Ensure compliance with all environmental requirements applicable to the area of responsibility; * Design maintenance processes based on lean manufacturing principles; * Serve as a technical reference in the field and develop the competencies of the maintenance team.
