**Since 1995, Plotter Racks has developed solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and several countries across Latin America.**
To join our team, we are seeking an Installation Engineer to support departmental routines, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support.
**Responsibilities:**
a) Develop, coordinate, provide technical guidance for, and control the physical planning of installation services;
b) Participate in meetings with clients or their representatives to define project schedules;
c) Assist in preparing commercial quotations with technical support;
d) Perform equipment start-up and commissioning independently, without external assistance;
e) Understand, read, and interpret mechanical and electrical refrigeration drawings, and be capable of requesting and justifying modifications when necessary;
f) Program and modify PLC equipment software according to required specifications;
g) Coordinate and monitor interfaces among services within installations;
h) Coordinate the technical team in implementing and operating the quality management system on installation sites;
i) Monitor work progress in accordance with the plan/schedule;
j) Inspect and approve installer services, ensuring compliance with rules at each work stage;
k) Request, schedule, and arrange delivery of materials related to installations;
l) Review, inspect, and analyze installation materials, drawings, and services;
m) Analyze and approve control spreadsheets;
n) Manage and complete site handover forms;
o) Conduct inspections and evaluations, and prepare technical reports;
p) Carry out standardization, measurement, and quality control activities;
q) Execute and supervise technical construction and service works;
r) Lead installation, assembly, repair, or maintenance teams;
s) Coordinate projects, advise on, and supervise their completion;
t) Guide and control assembly or maintenance service processes;
u) Research and develop procedures;
v) Study and establish methods for efficient and economical use of materials and equipment, as well as personnel management.
**Requirements:**
a) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
b) Willingness to travel;
c) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
d) Relevant experience in this role or equivalent management experience.

Compensation: R$5.000,00 – R$10.018,28 per month
