Job Summary: Work on construction and renovation of units, providing support to civil construction projects and supervising work execution until handover, offering strategic support. Key Highlights: 1. Support for civil construction projects and on-site work supervision. 2. Assistance in project development, technical analyses, and reporting. 3. Control and monitoring of work execution and project schedule. About the Position: * Work on construction and renovation of Grupo Muffato units, supporting civil construction projects and supervising work execution until handover. The incumbent must provide strategic support in response to demands raised, ensuring efficient project progress. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in sizing and detailing low-complexity projects, enabling field documentation and execution under supervisor guidance. * Assist in preparing comparative and descriptive technical analysis maps to interpret suppliers' technical proposals according to specifications. * Assist in analyzing and interpreting project scope, descriptions, and documentation to understand required products and deliverables. * Assist in preparing calculation records and quantity take-offs for low-complexity projects, complying with standards, deadlines, and quality requirements. * Clarify doubts through occasional contact with clients and suppliers, identifying pending items and tracking activity progress. * Assist in preparing technical reports and expert opinions, under guidance and review by superiors. * Assist in identifying and flagging requests and demands outside the scope (extraordinary services). * Control and monitor work execution and project schedule. * Prepare sketches and technical drawings under supervision. * Develop quantity and cost spreadsheets for construction or renovation budgeting. * Organize technical documentation. * Inspect material and service quality. * Perform other related duties. Mandatory Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Civil Engineering. Desirable Requirements (Advantageous): * Adherence to operational procedures required for the position. * Familiarity with the role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Aptitude for numerical analysis. * Being organized and proactive. * Being organized and attentive.
