Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for this Role** We seek a **Senior Developer with strong expertise in TOTVS**, to work on strategic projects, corporate system support, and evolution, with focus on quality, performance, and alignment with business needs. ### **Responsibilities:** * Development, maintenance, and evolution of **TOTVS** solutions * Technical and functional requirements analysis together with business areas * Customization of routines, reports, screens, and integrations * Support activities, incident resolution, and continuous improvements * Ensuring adherence to best development practices, documentation, and version control * Collaborative work with internal teams and vendors ### **Technical Requirements:** * Solid experience as a **Senior TOTVS Developer** * Strong proficiency in **ADVPL / TL++** * Experience with **customizations, reports, integrations, and APIs** * Knowledge of **databases (SQL)** * Experience in corporate environments and critical systems * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and business-oriented mindset ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial environments * Familiarity with agile methodologies * Experience with system-to-system integrations ### **Behavioral Profile:** * Senior profile, proactive and hands-on * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business areas * Organized, analytical mindset, and delivery-focused * **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) **Location:** Curitiba – PR **Employment Type:** **Individual Contractor (PJ)**
