Job Summary: The Commercial Assistant will be responsible for organizing customer registrations, presenting proposals, answering questions, promoting products, and monitoring sales. Advantage in promotional gifts and printing systems **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** **Location**: Boqueirão **Salary:** BRL 2290.75 + Meal Allowance (VA) or Meal Voucher (VR) BRL 21.35 per day + Transportation Voucher (VT) **Requirements:** Completed High School education, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; enrollment in a higher education program is desirable. **Experience:** Experience in sales, customer interaction, and product quotations. Prior experience in the commercial area of promotional gifts, customization via sublimation, screen printing, laser engraving, pad printing, and other printing systems is considered an advantage. **Daily Responsibilities:** * Organize customer registrations and contact them when necessary. * Present commercial proposals, price lists, and promotions. * Answer customer inquiries regarding products, delivery timelines, and terms. * Test and become familiar with products, and provide samples for customer evaluation when possible and necessary. * Promote products to ensure sales, whether through physical or virtual channels. * Support commercial representatives and external salespeople. * Maintain optimal relationships with customers. * Negotiate when necessary. * Finalize service or product sales. * Prioritize orders and/or actions for key customers. * Monitor product deliveries and identify potential irregularities. * Develop and analyze post-sale reports. * Conduct or review customer satisfaction surveys. * Conduct market research to prospect new sales opportunities. * Suggest improvements to the commercial process.
