Assistance to employees and organization of labor documents. The company seeks a Human Resources Department Assistant in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Support payroll processing and verification. Verify payroll events, entries, and reports. Provide support in hiring and termination processes, including registrations, verifications, and document organization. Manage and calculate employee vacation entitlements. Assist with closing and verifying electronic timekeeping records. Support preparation and submission of ancillary obligations such as eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, DCTFWeb, Digital FGTS, and other related routines. Maintain up-to-date employee registrations in internal systems. Organize and archive physical and digital labor documents. Provide first-level assistance to employees and clients, escalating complex requests to the responsible analyst. Support Human Resources Department routines in the Domínio system. Previous experience as Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Analyst, Payroll Assistant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
