Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, prospecting and commercialization of the Club's products and venues, as well as supporting events and preparing reports. Support at trade fairs, events, and marketing activities **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT – COLOMBO/PR – Santa Mônica Clube de Campo** Your Responsibilities: Provide telephone and in-person service to internal and external customers, delivering information on all products (Memberships, Halls, etc.), procedures, documents, pricing, and all aspects related to the sales process; Carry out active prospecting initiatives, identifying potential customers and business opportunities focused on membership sales and venue rentals; Prospect and commercialize Club venues for graduations, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries, barbecues, and other social and corporate events; Showcase Club facilities and venues to interested customers, highlighting unique features, addressing all inquiries, and clarifying commercial terms; Support the organization, planning, and participation in trade fairs, events, and other marketing and relationship-building initiatives aimed at generating business; Plan, organize, and oversee events related to the Commercial Department; Provide operational support during events, as scheduled and required by the department; Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence addressed to other Club departments and/or external stakeholders; Maintain up-to-date files, records, and controls for the commercial area; Submit performance, goal achievement, activity, and results reports; Requirements: Completed high school education Experience in sales techniques and customer service, marketing tools and commercial prospecting, use of software, systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Driver’s License Category B (will operate the Club’s vehicle) Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (alternate Sundays) Salary: R$1\.996,00 \+ Commission Benefits: On-site meals (at no cost to the employee) Transportation allowance (6% \- deducted from payroll) Attendance bonus in meal voucher: R$ 200.00 Discounts on Car Wash, restaurants, and snack bars within the Club Free on-site parking Free access to gym/swimming pool Partnership agreements with educational institutions Quinquennial bonus (seniority-based additional payment) Employees’ association Birthday day off Compensation: R$1\.995,00 \- R$1\.996,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver’s license?
