Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, resilient, and analytical PCP Analyst to structure planning processes and lead the transition to a new ERP system in production. Key Highlights: 1. PCP Analyst Company: Metallurgical Industry (Manufacturer of High-Performance Off\-Road Exhaust Systems) Location: Umbará Neighborhood – Curitiba/PR Work Model: 100% On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 We are looking for a dynamic, resilient, and analytical professional. You will be the right hand of our production team, structuring planning processes and leading the transition from current controls to our new ERP system. Key Responsibilities * Factory scheduling: Plan and sequence daily metallurgical production. * System transition: Operate current controls via Excel and support implementation of the Senior system. * Requirements calculation: Calculate demands for steel, aluminum, and production inputs. * Product structure: Ensure accuracy of the B.O.M. for high-performance exhaust systems. * Third-party management: Control deadlines and workflow of outsourced services. Mandatory Requirements * Relevant experience: Solid experience in factory scheduling (metallurgy experience is a plus). * Advanced Excel: Full proficiency (formulas, pivot tables) to manage current controls. * Behavioral profile: Results-oriented, agile, and emotionally intelligent to work under pressure. * Technical knowledge: Practical experience with B.O.M. and raw material requirements calculation. * Easy access: Availability to work on-site in the Umbará neighborhood. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience implementing or using the Senior ERP system. * Passion or affinity for the automotive or Off\-Road sports universe.
