Job Summary: Assist in performing administrative activities related to finished products, storage, loading, and order picking, ensuring organization and verification. Key Highlights: 1. Performing administrative activities related to logistics and warehousing. 2. Responsible for inventory management and product verification. 3. Focus on organizing and ensuring the safety of shipping operations. **Join our team** **You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of ADMINISTRATIVE activities related to finished products in the storage and vehicle loading areas for shipping, as well as order picking. Identify fabric pieces using adhesive labels according to registration numbers; Separate duplicate copies of labels for items to be relocated, based on the shipping order; Conduct physical inventory counts whenever requested; Verify incoming raw materials following the designated checklist; Verify items for shipment by cross-checking against numbers listed on the delivery note; Ensure drivers and helpers comply with the company’s safety regulations, reporting any irregularities to the supervisor; Deliver the invoice for the shipped product(s) to the driver and register it; Make entries (recordings on documents) on appropriate forms. Requirements: Completed high school education; Preferably currently pursuing a technical course in **Logistics, Administration**, or related fields; Previous experience in this role.
