Job Summary:
This role involves verifying documents, managing access control, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify and sign discharge and release documents
2. Control patient and companion access to the emergency department
3. Ensure compliance with safety procedures
Verify that discharge has been duly signed by the Nursing, Cashier, and Participating Family \-SUS departments.
At discharge, verify that the Release Form is duly completed and signed by the Nursing and Inpatient departments.
Authorize the removal of bodies in accordance with the Institution's internal procedures.
Check the description of the item to be withdrawn and the asset identification number, as per established procedures.
Ensure employees enter without bags, in accordance with functional group procedures.
Request authorization from the Security Supervisor, when necessary, for press and donation vehicles, verifying with the driver the destination department for the donation.
Accompany and ensure that only authorized patients and/or companions access the emergency department, verifying whether the patient has been called for treatment.
Grant access to the emergency department for the patient and/or companion upon call by physician and/or nursing staff, guiding them to the appropriate treatment location.
High school diploma required
Availability to work from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and on alternate Sundays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Compensation: R$1\.666,52 \- R$3\.013,99 per month
