**Job Mission**
Strategically lead procurement processes for materials and services, ensuring optimal commercial terms, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance aligned with business needs.
Act analytically and data-driven in supply chain management, contributing to operational efficiency, process evolution, supplier development, and implementation of continuous improvements using technologies, automation, and intelligence applied to decision-making.
**Main Responsibilities**
Manage purchase requisitions from request initiation through process completion.
Conduct supplier quotations, analyzing technical and commercial proposals.
Lead negotiations for materials and services, seeking optimal cost-benefit.
Create and manage purchase orders in corporate systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Manage contracts, monitoring deadlines, values, and clause compliance.
Facilitate contract drafting with involved departments, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Ensure contracted suppliers are qualified, subject to performance evaluation, and aligned with company criteria for new supplier qualification.
Prospect new suppliers to enhance competitiveness and solution quality.
Follow up on internal department requests, ensuring alignment and fulfillment of requirements.
Serve as the interface between suppliers and internal client departments, ensuring smooth procurement processes.
Monitor deliveries, timelines, and supplier performance.
Prepare operational and managerial reports to support decision-making.
Track departmental KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities.
Support updating and improving procurement operational procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
Identify opportunities for procurement process automation and digitization.
Support implementation of strategic procurement practices, such as market analysis and supplier management.
**Technical Competencies**
Knowledge of supply chain and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience in supplier negotiation (materials, services, and contracts).
Knowledge of contract and supplier management.
Knowledge of corporate ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or ServiceNow.
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report creation.
Ability to analyze commercial and technical proposals.
Knowledge of procurement performance indicators.
Technology, automation, and innovation
Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially: Power Automate for procurement workflow automation; Power Apps for internal solution development.
Knowledge of VBA for spreadsheet automation and error debugging (debug).
Ability to identify procurement process automation opportunities.
Knowledge of Power BI or other data analytics tools.
Familiarity with applying artificial intelligence to data analysis, negotiation support, and supplier evaluation.

**Experience**
Experience in procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management.

Participation in cost reduction or process improvement initiatives.
Experience with automation or digital tools is a differentiator.
