Here, you will find a supportive team that works together and relies on one another to achieve outstanding results, within a welcoming environment offering continual learning opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute monthly managerial closing, ensuring data quality and adherence to the corporate schedule; * Prepare and analyze Income Statements (DRE), Profit & Loss (P\&L) statements, managerial balance sheets, KPIs, and financial reports; * Conduct performance analyses, identifying variances and opportunities related to costs, expenses, margins, and profitability; * Prepare and monitor Budget, Forecast, Rolling Forecast, CAPEX, and OPEX; * Perform industrial cost analyses, cost formation, inventory, stocktaking, and performance indicators; * Develop economic feasibility studies, business cases, and investment analyses; * Design dashboards, managerial reports, and executive presentations using Excel and Power BI; * Partner with business areas by providing financial analyses to support decision-making; * Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, system implementations, and audits; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and applicable regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; * Power BI for dashboard creation and managerial analysis; * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance, Business Intelligence, Industrial Management, or related areas; * Experience with SAP ERP (CO module); **Additional Information** Medical assistance Dental assistance Discount on purchases at Herbarium Store Day off on graduation day Birthday day off Extended maternity leave Extended paternity leave Profit-Sharing Program Mental Health and Well-being Program On-site restaurant Transcendental Meditation Room Game Room Life insurance Gym allowance Meal allowance Meal voucher or on-site cafeteria (depending on the unit) Transportation allowance * *Benefits may vary depending on the business unit and collective bargaining agreement.* Have you ever imagined being part of Brazil’s leading pharmaceutical company in phytotherapy and making a real impact on people’s health?
